Homeopathic Therapy for CFS
As you all know, homeopathic therapy is on the rise and there is a large group of people who prefer its treatments to the traditional ones. In general, one of the remedies that is said to help CFS is aromatherapy. This involves the use of various oils and massage techniques in order to relieve tension, depression and other forms of stress.
Some of the oils used in aromatherapy include grapefruit, lavender, rosemary and juniper, and marjoram. A couple herbs that may be effective in treating CFS include golden seal and echinacea. There is not a lot of scientific evidence that confirms the effectiveness of these treatments, however. Always remember to speak with a doctor prior to trying any of these remedies or treatments. It is important to know the potential side effects that can occur when using an alternative treatment.
